The rooms were extremely comfortable, and clean. The staff was courteous. The hotel amenities were being remodeled and therefore the restaurant and bar were put in a conference room, which had zero atmosphere. Meals were OK, but we chose to dine out after an evening meal and breakfast there. It just seemed like they hadn't thought things through very well.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, but outdated a bit. The faucet in the bathroom was too close to the edge of the sink, therefore flooding the counter every time you used the faucet. Their luggage carts are the worst and too small. Also, on our floor, the ice machine was broken. A bit inconvenient. But it was a nice stay and we will stay there again sometime.

I didnt get my free meal tickets at check in. The hot tub was down an thats 1 of the reasons i wanted to stay there. The water in my room only got warm not hot an i like hot showers. Not impressed for the price
