"Everything was great except the bank machine never worked."

"Me and my wife chose to stay at Windjammer to celebrate our 10th anniversary and it is one of the best decisions we have made! We were surprised how spacious our villa was and the view outside our window was breathtaking! The food was absolutely excellent and we appreciate all the restaurants accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions. The staff is probably the best out of all the resorts we have been to. Everybody was very friendly, caring and treated us like family for the week we were there. Special shout outs to Travis and Solange from Jammers Restaurant. Michelle, Chevere and Shervon, our servers during breakfast. Kassandra, the hostess at Dragonfly during breakfast. Peter and Lawrence who work at the omelet station. Justin, one of our shuttle drivers. Kelly, our server at the pool. Nick from the Excursions office. John, Aidan, Martin and Kyllian who work at the front lobby. And finally, our ambassador Leesna. Apologies if we left anybody out, but thank you to all the staff at Windjammer for making our 10th anniversary getaway special!"

"I truly enjoyed my time at Ti Kaye. From the airport pickup, onsite spa services, delicious food at the restaurants onsite, scuba diving/snorkeling instruction to the airport drop off - me and my husband was extremely impressed with the hospitality and offerings of the resort each day. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The only downside was the distance to other places outside the resort, but that was easily remedied when the resort offered transportation to local restaurants. Truly 10/10!"

"This is a jungle experience with Saint Lucia charm. Staff are as friendly as they come. Remember it’s a rain forest so if it rains have bug repellent handy. Restaurant has a great vibe"

" Wonderful Family Stay! We had a fantastic family trip to Coconut Bay Resort! It’s only five minutes from the airport — perfect after traveling with our two-year-old. The staff truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have concierge service, which made our first family vacation stress-free. We loved Silk, the Asian-themed restaurant — amazing food, ambiance, and service. The Italian restaurant was also great, and the Beach Hut offered delicious poolside options. The resort is very clean, with newly renovated rooms that felt fresh and modern. Our son loved the pool and water slide, and the mocktail menu for kids was a nice touch. A few small notes: pre-arrival dinner reservation help would’ve been great since our flight delay caused late bookings. Also, we learned about the concierge phone and nightly snack service (like chips and salsa) only at the end — would’ve been nice to have throughout. Overall, fantastic staff, great food, and family-friendly atmosphere — we’d absolutely stay again! "

"We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10"
