Room was clean and organised. Came with an ironing board, hairdryer and other little things that some hotels don’t supply in rooms. Parking was fine, it was located near a variety of shops which was very convenient, staff were great and breakfast was really nice.

Hotel is clean and tidy but is tired and in need of a makeover. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much. Had evening meal and breakfast and both were fab.

6/10 Good

Pros: quiet location, still close enough to Hull; good breakfast Cons: everything is dated, walls are ultrathin, a pint cost £7.50 (that is London price!)

8/10 Very good

Staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast and clean room. Didn’t get chance to try the pool etc. as attended for a wedding. Public areas less clean/tidy, expected more given it being a wedding venue.

Reception and bar area as well as the rooms appear renovated and fresh. Hotel let down by a shabby entrance and dated pool which I guess is next for upgrade. Easy parking and lots of nearby amenities. Nearest pub about 10 minutes walk which looked like it had good food (star inn). Ate at KFC and didn't have breakfast

The staff were really kind and helpful, particularly at breakfast. The room was clean and spacious with windows that could be opened. The only minor issue was the speed of the WIFI. Would highly recommend.

Staff lovely, however the hotel itself is very old and tired, spa facility also same condition--- In need of a major renovation.

Although the hotel is a bit "tired" it had everything i needed for my one night stay. There were 2 weddings taking place but my room was situated so i heard no noise. The pool and spa facilities were an added bonus. Usually you pay extra for these. I ate in the Dining Room in the evening and it was a nice meal. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options. The staff were all really friendly and nothing was too much trouble would definitely stay there again if i was in the area.

Room was clean, but dated. No walk in shower, only shower over bath, which caused me to slip when getting in/out. Breakfast good an plentiful.

There was ample parking, and the receptionist was very helpful in explaining our travel directions for the following day. The breakfast offering was fresh and varied.

Staff was amazing but the rooms are very outdated, carpets are s Extremely old n stained. The plumbing was not good, the first room had a bed in the hallway. They did change is to the family room which I Originally booked, it was much better but still outdated. We had several Moths in the room.

Plenty of parking spaces. Food was good. Not enough wardrobe space in junior suite. Junior suite was totally under utilised for the space they gave us. Staff were quite helpful. Over all a good stay. Would recommend.

Appeared to be a little run down in parts. Carpets upstairs were dirty and stained. Bedrooms were clean and had hair dryer and irons/boards. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were lovely and welcome after travelling in the heat. Towels provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not eat there but had a drink. Prices were astronomical £27 for 4 lagers. Despite that would use again.
