Room & surrounding areas were clean but there was a strange smell in the rooms. May have been coming from the ac/heating unit. In both of the rooms we had & they were on different floors. Great, updated showers & bathrooms. Comfortable beds!! Lots of convenient shops & restaurants nearby.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff went out of their way to help. There was a gentleman at the front desk who stopped what he was doing to bring a chair outside for me so I could sit in the Sun!! The gentleman running the dining area was always cleaning and so friendly. He was helpful and always smiling. I forgot their names, but not them. Little things lie this people remember. Thanks for making my stay that much better

We didn't eat breakfast there. The staff was very friendly. The parking lot was very small. There was a party bus that parked on property taking up 6 spots leaving 1 handicap as the only remaining available spot on hotel property.

6/10 Good

The staff were great. However the hotel was a bit run down like there has been very limited investment since opening. Old carpet in the room with stains. Dated decor with floral curtains. My back hurt every day because the mattress was old and lumpy. The AC unit was loud and wouldn't shut off after achieving temperature. The pool looked okay but there was no exercise room. The breakfast very run of the mill.
