Wonderful hotel in Miami. You really get your money’s worth. From the moment you arrive, you’re taken care of — the staff are attentive and pleasant. The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely spa offering massages. You have access to a tennis and basketball court. As for the pool area, it’s just lovely, with all the service you need. We had 2 or 3 issues, but even then the staff did everything to find you a satisfactory solution quickly. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

The staff was very accommodating. The room was very large and clean. The food and beverage service around the pool was also very good. We also had a large deck. However, it had no cover which meant limited use of the deck because in South Florida, it does rain often even for short periods. But since there was no cover we could not sit on the deck when it rained or for some time after the rain because all of the furniture/cushions were wet.

Rooms were spacious hallways smelled amazing staff was so nice and accommodating and helpful with bags and answering questions , waited for your uber with you to go anywhere and opened the doors for you , overall amazing staff and prime location for beach access and there is the main pool , and a private adults only pool also if you wanted to be secluded. I wish the resort had a jacuzzi though, like multiple. Would’ve topped the cake for me. But overall very happy spending the amount I did to stay there for 4 nights 10000/10

Stayed at W all over the world - rooms are fab , clean , huge, perfect for relaxing break - great views, pool, food, The reason for lower rating : Payin almost 900$ a night you would expect better toilet roll, slippers being changed, and showers to be updated or working properly/mantained , pressure etc as a basic for me Spa and more spaces by pool is a must

My stay at the W South Beach was nothing short of amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The location is perfect, with direct beach access and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. This was the perfect vacation for me and my significant other. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the stunning views to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. If you’re looking for a luxurious South Beach experience with convenience, comfort, and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend the W South Beach. We had an incredible time and are already looking forward to our next visit!
