The staff here was amazing!
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Our room was excellent - clean, large, and very comfortable. The high ceilings and couch area made it feel so spacious. The front desk staff were super nice, and the location by the river makes it great for a stroll across to the park. The only downsides were the breakfast, which was lackluster even compared to normal hotel continental breakfasts and the fact that there aren't any coffeeshops nearby to compensate (or good restaurants, for that matter).

It was fine. Clean, helpful staff, tho when the TV didn't work, staff person could not fix it...but she tried. glad I wasn't trying to watch the World Series! Other than that, no worries.

It was a clean hotel. My room was good. The only issue which didn’t bother me but the paint above the shower was drooping down. The rooms have high ceilings. The pool and exercise room have to be requested to use at the desk.

The room was decent, but upon entering the room it had an overwhelming cleaner smell that lingered the entire time. The shower was nice, was clean and had good pressure.

Loved the room, it was big with lots of room. Loved the big clean shower. Shower had great water pressure. They do have an elevator, but that is slow. I used the stairs most of the time. The stairs though could use some cleaning. Lots of closed down stores near by so it made me nervous at first. View of the river was great.

2/10 Poor

The front desk staff was excellent, no complaints there! The rooms however, were pretty bad. Our 1st room was filthy, so transferred to a different one. The 2nd room was a little cleaner but still dirty, and had bed bugs, so we checked out and drove home middle of the night. Not a great experience.

such a cool hotel! very reasonable prices for very nice rooms highly recommended. lobby is very tacky but rest of hotel is very nice

8/10 Very good

The room had a great view of the river and I appreciated the charm and details in the woodwork in the lobby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and it felt like actual people ran the hotel, instead of a corporation. The hotel could use a few updates, specifically the elevator, but it was an overall good experience. I would stay there again.

8/10 Very good

For the price, this hotel was good enough. There were some nice features to hotel that we really liked, but some things were not good. Pros.. Price, comfortable soft bed, hot shower, two story suite was clean and comfortable with two full bathrooms, river view. Cons.... Terrible location, hardly any restaurants near by, very outdated hotel, urine odor in carpet in room, cable went in and out. Breakfast was terrible, it was cold ,empty and not a single staff person was in there the entire hour we were in the dining room. We went at 0815 and it was almost all gone and never restocked. Breakfast ended at 0930. Staff was non existent during this visit, however i guess they weren't needed.

Distinctive lobby and large rooms. Very good breakfast with helpful staff keeping food options replenished and tables clean. Check in was not smooth but problems were taken care of. Location turned out to be a plus, with nice setting, nearby restaurants, and convenient access and parking.
