Our second visit, will be our last.
Daughter found stains on her sheets. We were given another room, but she would only sleep on top, not in the bed. Told management this morning and they said I would have a discount next stay. Which means no discount. Does not help that the kiosk for check in at night echoes terribly and is hard to follow check in conversation.

Should have been great!
Over all a good experience. Would have been great, but the kiosk check in was what I was very disappointed with. Very hard to understand whoever was"on screen" and was not user friendly. Not sure why they are doing the virtual check in... definitely not a plus... keep human at front desk!!!

The new video check in did not perform very well. The management team had to intervene. It all got done, but it they had not been on site, we may have had a major issue.

One Night Stay
I was in Rockford for a Navy Club business trip, and will have two more trips this year. I stayed ONE night, Friday June 16th, checked out the next morning at 8 am. I was charged $175.54. I was never able to talk to a person, always a screen in lobby. I would like a refund of about a $100, as the price was supposed to be $64 dollars a night. It was a very noisy night, dogs barking in hallway, people yelling. Not a good stay, a full refund would be more appropriate, but just one night charge is fair. I did NOT stay two nights.
