The hotel is close to the waterfront and restaurants. There’s a nice patio and a happy hour at the hotel. We didn’t partake but it would be great if staying multiple nights. We checked in early and our bags were delivered to the room as we were off to the waterfront to explore. If you have mobility issues, may not be for you but we were very happy with our room and the accommodations.

Omg, you have to check out the Halliburton next time you are in Halifax! Amazing hotel, incredible vibe, amazing staff. From the minute you walk in till the moment you lay on the most amazing bed, till you relax with a glass of wine in the beautiful courtyard garden, you will experience the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. This was our first stay at the Halliburton but definitely won’t be the last. This quaint little boutique hotel surpassed our expectations. The location can’t be beat! The room was beautiful and the beds and bedding were top notch. We enjoyed a lovely drink in the library before heading out to the theatre. Looking forward to our next visit to Halifax and the Halliburton
