Very well thought out resort……the property is beautiful, very walkable and relaxing. Family friendly as well as dog friendly, at first I was shocked and a little worried that it would be a problem at the number of dogs I was seeing but it wasn’t….no problems at all…..Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here, from the excellent dining….service (Travis) at “The Patio”…..resort has 3 restaurants, two pools, fire pits, hammocks, turtle pond to the beautiful beach, every experience as well as the staff was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

For the visitors who do not know this property allows animals. The rooms were big but poor lighting especially in the bathroom. Our first visit to the Sonesta and we loved it!! The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Grounds are beautiful and maintained so nicely. Hotel is clean. Adult pool great bonus. We also loved that we could rent bikes, book excursions, and rent beach chairs right on the property - so convenient! Would stay here again.
