The room was so clean and spacious. I love that you can text the front desk for anything that you may need. Even Valet was nice and efficient. I will definitely be staying there again. Everyone was amazed at the rate that we got the room for too!

We had a nice surprise and received an upgrade to a suite. Fantastic room. Only missing a microfridge so we could keep our cooler items cold. But I guess it’s not that type of hotel.

8/10 Very good

The room was very nice. Bigger than expected. Very clean. However, the room did not have a mini fridge or microwave oven. It did have a washer abd dryer. The large bedroom had a king size bed which so I was unable to open the closet doors wide enough to easily access the closet. Other than that everying else was fine

8/10 Very good

The Georgian Terrace is a nice hotel in a great location (for example, the Fox Theater is right across the street). The room (a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment) was very spacious, and generally well-maintained, though there were a few dings, scratches, and other wear/tear visible. I had one issue with the shower water temperature adjustment that was addressed after I reported it, but that first morning shower was pretty bad. The elevator controls are dated and could use some updates. The room was a tremendous value compared to others in the area (though the $60/night valet parking puts a dent in the wallet), with no exorbitant cleaning fee found in competing properties. We’ll definitely consider the hotel again on our next visit.
