We have stayed at many Westins and various hotels. The location was great and property was clean, comfortable. The staff was pretty "flat" in hospitality. Trying to sell a "better" room, sloppy giving me more than one parking QR code, Starbucks was not open... Usually staff is bubbly and more than helpful at other locations. Maybe is was just the dates? Our room was comfy and clean.

Handy location near the airport and Burlingame. Got a pool, in-hotel restaurant that serves a good breakfast. Nice sized lobby with chargers, laundry facilities across the road in their sister hotel. Overall, a good hotel to stay near the airport (or in our case to be put in after a flight cancellation). Nicole at reception was especially amazing, helpful and friendly. PS. If you like planes, you can have a top view of the runway from some rooms. It was cool watching the A380 take off.
