6/10 Good

We were putin a smoking room to start with that stank of smoke, upon request we moved to another room which was also smoking but much cleaner. We were also given a single bedded room - there were no double bedded non smoking rooms available we were told. so please ensure you make a specific request when booking. Breakfast was great However on our last night the air conditioning failed on our floor so we had a rather warm and poor nights sleep. No point in opening the window as there was loud music

It's always our greatest pleasure to stay at the Concord hotel, where we enjoy the best customer service, most friendly atmosphere, outstanding quality and variety of food, all accompanied by the cost of being there. We will definitely go back and stay there when we visit Egypt again.
