We had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and smelled wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and the parking was easy and convenient. Getting to our room was almost a little adventure — up, down, left, right, and a few turns along the way! 😂 It definitely made us laugh. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a lovely stay.

Very nice, clean, and well appointed hotel near the Gran Terminal del Caribe. There are few services directly around hotel, but the property is a short, 15 minute walk to La Avenida central. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was more than expected. Outside of the room being huge and clean, the scenery around the hotel was beautiful. You can take a nice calming walk on grounds and just be lost in tranquility. 100% loved it. Great restaurants and bars on the grounds as well

The staff is always helpful. The rooms are large and clean so are the bathrooms. While we have noted many changes in staff and in dress code, we appreciate the continued professionalism and hard work of each staff member.

hi, it was good but we had dinner and the food was small for the price. Water and free coffee machine. We asked for a car to the airport and the price quoted by reception was nearly four times what an uber cost and about an about twenty bucks more than the airport taxis so although the staff were very helpful, the hotel is definitely making it's money.

Always a good stay at this Radisson. The food is always good. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. While we did have a problem with the air conditioning this visit they resolved it by giving us another room although it was a smaller room the staff was quick to help get us into the new room.
