This hotel was a perfect location. Walkable to most everything we wanted to do, but also across the street to the Metro station (and a direct train to the airport). It was clean and felt very safe.

Beautiful suite! Wonderful location to Hyde Park and easy walk to harbor:)

8/10 Very good

Great location, lovely staff, gluten free options (coeliac). It would be better if breakfast was able to provide actual cups and not paper cups for tea/coffee and also move the milk to the tea stand and not in a corner causing a bit of a traffic jam. .

Very old hotel with a good location, sofa has stains, the chair is also dirty, also dust in the room; staff are friendly, but won’t come next time. With this price (300+ per night) would choose better hotel

Great stay loved the late check out and friendly staff and the view of the park - if I was to knit pick would be great if the bedroom windows were a bit cleaner perhaps they’re due a clean soon and we we were a bit unlucky. Pool and spa is open until 11pm which is a great facility too
