Hotel bom, mas com melhorias a serem feitas

O hotel é muito bem localizado e os atendentes são cordiais. Porém o café da manhã possui poucas opções e tinham muitas moscas nos alimentos. Sugiro que tenham mais atenção e coloquem alguma rede em cima das preparações para proteger os alimentos, além de aumentar a variedade. O quarto é grande e confortável, mas não possui blackout suficiente na cortina, fazendo com que entre muita claridade pela manhã.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto amplo, porém está deteriorado, necessitando de uma grande reforma. Funcionárias da recepção são atenciosas, mas, a que atende os hóspedes no café da manha, chamada Dara, é despreparada, desinteressada em bem atender, enfim, presta um atendimento horrível.

Pros: the staff was fabulous! So personable and helpful in all areas. They even went to the store for pepper and honey, which were breakfast items they were missing that we asked for. Wonderfully hot shower, comfy bed, safe doors with real keys for locks. Breakfast was good! Hot coffee and hot milk with eggs cooked to your preference. Cons: the map says this is by the beach and it is but it’s not what you expect. The beach is the harbor and there are hundreds of boats in the harbor. This is not a beach where you rent a chair or play with kids. This is a beach where you can see boats sitting. The doors to the patio are sliding wood doors and do not block ANY sound. There was partying, dogs barking and soccer matches well into the night. There is no pool or other amenities. The grounds and the building need some TLC.

Boa estadia que tem alguns pontos a melhorar. O hotel é bem novo com instalações diferenciadas comparadas as demais opções que achamos por arraial, porém os lençóis, colchas e toalhas estavam desgastados, o quarto não possui muita vedação do som da rua e o blackout da cortina não funciona muito bem. De resto vale a estadia. Excelente localização que evita o uso de veículo.

This is my second time staying here. As always the staff was excellent and exceptional. Last time i was there, my only complain was that the wind made the loose patio slider doors bang around late at night. That was fixed. My only complaints this time is that the bed sheets were soiled and had holes in them and that no matter how many days you stay, you will never come back to your room to find it serviced. Bed isn't made, and trash cans still full and no fresh towels or linen. I do enjoy the location of this property though.

No geral a hospedagem foi muito boa! As funcionárias eram muito solícitas. A localização é excelente! O quarto era bem amplo, cama confortável, iluminação clara, ar condicionado bom. A única reclamação em relação ao quarto foi que nao tinha lugar para colocar a toalha de banho, pedi para colocarem porque já tinha os parafusos, mas acabaram nao me atrndendo. O café da manhã é ok. O hotel oferece um passeio de barco com barco privativo que foi muito bom!

O hotel é bem localizado, o café da manhã é gostoso, falta estrutura para o restaurante, não é todos os dias que funciona. Falta um telefone/interfone no quarto, como o prédio não tem elevador se voce quiser falar algo na recepção tem que ir de escada. Não tem secador de cabelo no quarto. Falta uma melhor vedação nas janelas para diminuir os ruídos e a iluminação.

Be a Great hotel when finished

The hotel was NOT ready to rent out many things in hotel not finished No sign outside, reception walls not finished painted,wires hanging out of ceiling, painting on all floors need hanging, no shelf in shower fitted one when I asked, no numbers on any room, stair handrail not painted ,no beach towels, no safe in room or in reception , breakfast food not covered flys on it, rusty seat in room , tiles in room needed grout cleaning off but it will be lovely when finished

Desastroso, llegamos y no estaba nuestra reserva. Le mostramos la reserva que realizamos a través de ustedes y nunca impactó en el sistema de ellos, tuvimos que esperar dos horas para ver qué pasaba, en ningún momento nos preguntaron nada, la amabilidad de la chica que trabajaba en el hotel nos permitió conseguir otro alojamiento, nos tuvimos que trasladar con todas las valijas nuevamente en taxi, perdimos tiempo que es lo más valioso en un viaje, no recomendaría nunca el servicio de ustedes.
