We had a great stay for one night. Cozy and clean room, looked smaller than in the picture, but everything was good. Very clean, and quite room, very nice and helpful personal, and located at a good location. And assessment deosibit surprise was the intimate bistro Carlo e Camillo, part of the hotel, which was open for hotel guests. Great experience.

Wonderful hotel! We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Sitea. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in hour, stored our luggage at the reception and they were brought to our room by the staff afterwards. Everyone was so welcoming, from the guards to the reception and also the cleaning ladies. The room was really spacious, fully equipped. Love the little "private bar" in the room where you could chill there with some drinks : ) I also got great help from the reception desk when I had to book an appointment from a private dental studio. Definitely, I will come back to the hotel when I visit Turin next time!

Old, dingy carpet in the bedroom. The room itself was a nice size (one of the best closets I have ever seen at a hotel) but it felt like being in a fancy nursing home -- old and sad....Breakfast was mediocre. Guests were joking about the hot buffet. The cold cheeses and meats were fine. The baked goods were not great. We had thought to have dinner in the restaurant but after our first breakfast we changed our minds....Great location and a gorgeous city.

Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. For a five star hotel, in the middle of a very hot summer, this seemed a very petty decision.
