We are a family of four who stayed for 3 nights. The location was ideal... Very close to lots of restaurants and shops and we walked to the larcomar by the ocean no problem. Easy entry to the apartment and a 24 hour door man. Appreciated the four bottles of water on arrival and the presence of appliances made it so we could store our own breakfast items (coffee, cereal etc). Wifi and tv work well and we even used the iron for our wrinkly backpacking clothes. Shower was hot and good. Things of note: there aren't really rooms.. just partitions with walls that don't go up to the ceiling and no doors. Not an issue for us but if you were sharing with someone you just met it might be awkward. Also we ran out of toilet paper ;) the only other thing I'll say, which wasn't a problem for us but would be if you had a toddler is that the windows open wide and would be easy to fall out of if you were a small child. Again our kids are 9 and 11 so not an issue, but with a small child you wouldn't be able to trust having the windows open and there is no AC. I think this is similar among other apartments in Lima. Otherwise it was a great place to call home for 3 nights! Also the company hosting (we host) was very responsive and easy to deal with.
