Perfect location. Right by the shops, restaurants and bars - including the rooftop at the top of the hotel. Right by the bus stop and we even got picked up right outside for our day trip to Blue Eye in Ksamil. It’s a basic room but perfect for us just to lay our heads. Also the shower was cold in the morning but it was so hot that day I didn’t mind! Receptionist was very helpful. Bargain price too. We recommend.

Top stay.

Staff were really friendly and helpful in booking taxis and contacting places we wanted to visit to check if they were open. Room was a comfortable size, clean, and had a great view. For the price we paid, faultless.

We stayed for only 1 night. The hotel is in a central location and everything is within a 5 minute walk. The check in was smooth and rooms are large. We had a partial see view room with a lovely sized balcony. The room offers loads of wardrobe space, a tiny safe, air con, WiFi, mini fridge and a coffee machine. We had breakfast included and this is served in the lovely downstairs cafe. The only downside I would say to the hotel is the loud music which is blasted till around midnight. They have a bar above the hotel so I'm not sure if the music is from there or other surrounding clubs.

No upfront disclosure; the rooftop bar has a party every night, can’t sleep even if you had few drinks, it goes after midnight, breakfast was not explained properly and it starts at 8am, so we missed out a few times. Our balcony has no locked, we felt very unsecured. Staff are great and they did their best considering.

Lovely room with balcony. Perfect location, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a great plus. Only downside was temporary construction work being done on the upper levels, which was quite noisy during the day. Sara at the front desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and make my stay in Sarande memorable.

The location was great, the hotel and staff also was great, my only complaint is how incredibly loud it was at night. Very difficult to sleep. And I value my sleep very much, so that was very distressing. Although not really the fault of the hotel.

I want to give every hotel I stay a good review, Illyrian can do better. We had the quad room on the first fioor which was very spacious with 2 full bathrooms. It could be so nice but the bathrooms could use a good deep clean. The bed was clean and comfortable, if that's all you need. The staff was friendly but email communication was non existent. They sent an email about music on the rooftop until 2am, so I sent an email to ask if it would still be possible to sleep, and I didn't receive a response. Once I arrived, the nice staff told me that the music ends at midnight and it wasn't a problem. Overall, it's a fine hotel but for the price I paid, other hotels are a better option.

Check in was easy. Location was good but not waterfront. Hallway does have a strong mildew smell but room did not have a smell. Power went out on the morning that we were leaving and when we called front desk she said she didn’t speak English and hung up. We later found out the power went out In the city which if she had just stated this wouldn’t be a problem. Power did come back right before we left but at the time no explanation was given. Hotel was just okay.

O hotel é muito bom, muito bem localizado, quarto bem amplo (quarto família no ground floor), equipe extremamente gentil e solícita, localização incrível no coração de Sarandë (que te permite fazer muita coisa à pé), um bar no rooftop sensacional para assistir o pôr do sol (somente considere que os preços são bem salgados), café da manhã muito bom (note que o café é num restaurante ao lado do hotel; como saímos muito cedo no último dia, o restaurante ainda estava fechado, mas gentilmente nos providenciaram frutas e sanduíches deliciosos para nossa viagem!!!!). O único ponto que reforço aqui é o estacionamento: não fica no hotel, então você tem que andar um pouco; e para chegar lá é bem complicado, especialmente se você está com carro grande; além disso, custa 10 euros mais ou menos cada diária)

Fint hotell. Rent, fräscht. Vi hade även en stor balkong. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Parkering för bil fanns alldeles utanför receptionen. Riktigt bra frukost med olika alternativ på ägg (stekt, kokt, omelett), juice, kaffe, bröd med olika tillbehör. Riktigt centralt läge. Hit åker jag gärna fler gånger.
