"مرحبا انصح كل شخص بهذا الفندق لأنه كانت تجربة فيه ممتازة من ناحية نظافة الغرفه حتي المدخل وغرفة الاستقبال نظيفة ومعطرة الطاقم كثير متعاون جدا يتحدثون بطريقة جيدة ويبتسمون في الوجه بنسبة الي الغرفة كانت علي اطلالة البحر طابق 33منظر جميل جدا والله انصح كل شخص بهذا الفندق"

"Nice option"

"The room I was given was not the room I originally booked. I was told the previous guest had extended their stay, so I had to be moved to a different building and room instead. If you arrive early, luggage storage is available at reception, but there is an extra charge for it. The receptionist in the building also wasn’t the friendliest. The lifts and reception area could get very busy at times, likely because the building is huge and has a lot of units. The room only came with one tissue roll, and no cleaning service was provided during my stay. Depending on your luck, you may also have noisy neighbours and notice smoke smells in the hallways or nearby rooms. On the positive side, it’s a short drive to the airport and fairly central to most places. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for."

"We stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect. It’s centrally located in Batumi’s Old Town, steps away from Europa Square. It’s also close to the main sites in the boardwalk and the Piazza. There are also many quaint restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel. The breakfast was respectable, a variety of Georgian cheeses, caviar, salad, scrambled eggs, khachapuri. I wish that the dishes were labeled. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Overall the hotel was spotless. I would say in general the staff don’t speak good English, making it difficult to communicate. Don’t think twice about staying here."

"Very nice accommodations. Check in and out was easy using the WhatsApp."

"Staff looked miserable and don’t wanna help, my bathroom would get flooded after every shower and they did nothing to move me or fix the leaking shower. Carpets are filthy and worn out. Breakfast is terrible and no gluten free options."

"Good"

"The room was very clean, spacious. Thank you to the lovely staff at the reception. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming. Thank you"

"It was excellent, rooms were clean, reception was friendly and breakfast was amazing. so worth of staying here. I would recommend it .❤️🥰"
