Beautiful hotel, great location and very friendly staff.

Lovely stay, room was great and clean. Comfortable bed. Location is a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Bourton on the water. The team are friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit limited and it makes sense to arrive around 4-5pm as the crowds start to reduce, especially if you’re staying at the weekend. Would definitely stay there again

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed with complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal, fruit tea and biscuits. We also had chilled water in the fridge with fresh milk. We were on the second floor via stairs which was fine for us though if you have mobility issues, you may need to check for suitability. We did not have dinner here though wish we had. The breakfast was first class as were the friendly staff. We managed to park here for a reasonable charge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and could not fault it.

Lovely small cotswold hotel - clean & tidy rooms - stairs a bit narrow to get up but OK. Food excellent and of course a visit to the model village welcome.

6/10 Good

Nice restaurant and pub, great location however beware if your room faces the back of the hotel. The parking lot creates a ton of noise and can be very annoying.
