Location is great. Subway is near by so you can get everywhere with no hazzles. Great dinning locations at walking distance as well as shopping. Wonderful hotel. Very modern.

An amazing stay, this place is beautiful. The room was modern, clean, elegant, and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities you could want. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and helped us plan our stay in Naples. Excellent location as everything is in a short walk away and close to excellent tourist destinations! 11/10 stay!

Nice place to stay

Once you shlep up the antiquated, tiny elevator to the 5th floor and carry your bags down to the property's entrance on the 4th floor, you enter a modern, elegant world in central-south Naples. We spent just one night at the property ahead of flying home the next morning and were pleased with our room with its king bed, it's long,thin balcony that opened up over Piazza Nicola Amore, the friendly and conscientious service provided by the staff, the tasty breakfast, and the amenities in the room.

Great service - Gisella is a gem!

This is a small hotel centrally located in the historic center, close to Metro and lots of restaurants. Our room was lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Gisella IS a gem - she helped so much before we got here and once we were here was delightful. I had requested a gluten free breakfast and it was over the top! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay at Amadomus - great staff & amenities.

The Amadomus staff took great care of us. They, especially Giselle, communicated with us prior, during, and after the visit, wanting to make sure our needs were met. Gianluca received us when we arrived and he was meticulous in how he explained the amenities and where to visit during our stay. The lady who made and served breakfast was very friendly too, always eager to get you a cappuccino or a glass of cold water. I would say they went above and beyond. Our experience outside of Amadomus was not that pleasant (especially with taxi drivers and some restaurants where service was not polite at all, in fact we were taken advantage of). Returning to Amadomus always felt like going back to home and family.

Excellent Hotel

I had an amazing stay at Amadomus Luxury Suites! The hotel is a small boutique property located on the fifth floor of a grand structure in a good location within Napoli. Gisella, who was working at the front desk was particularly brilliant with her service and welcome at the hotel. She was extremely friendly, attentive, professional and really stood out from a customer service perspective. I also had the pleasure to meet Gianluca the owner who was also very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate and shared information on the city. The hotel is also close to some of the special historic streets of Napoli including via dei tribunali which is definitely worth visiting along with many others. The metro station is easy to use and also just outside the hotel which allows easy transport to other sides of the city worth exploring - one to name being Chiaia. The room was very impressive. High quality furniture and very clean. The cleaners and staff at the hotel have done a remarkable job to keep the rooms clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel on a visit to Napoli!

The Emerald Suite was beautiful! The bathroom itself sold me as it was the nicest I’ve stayed. Two large balconies and a decent bed. The building in which Adamous is in though isn’t the best and I had some elevator issues twice. The hotel is on the top floor (you have to hike your bags up a floor FYI) and if someone didn’t close the elevator door then you can’t call it to use it from any other level. The neighbors on the second and third floor did this twice making me either take the stairs up or down. The breakfast also wasn’t my favorite… it lacked a lot of options i had at other hotels during my travels. The coffee was not good either. Gisella was amazing though making sure i knew everything about the area and toured me my room before departing for the day. I would probably stay somewhere else in the future though because of the area, the building and breakfast options.

Gisela was fantastic to contact me a few days before to make sure I knew how to get into the building, arrange a good time etc. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The location is central. Easy 20-30 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go. Gisela pre arranged taxis to the train station and airport and they were on time and inexpensive

Upon first arriving I was a little shocked at the surrounding area but was pleasantly surprised when we entered the property. We were greeted by a gentlemen whose name escapes me, but he was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a great place to have dinner. Our room was very clean and well appointed. In retrospect, I wish I had thought about it not having a restaurant on site as we only had dinner out 1 night out of 3 because by the time we got back from all day tours, there was nothing nearby (at least that we could find) to grab a quick meal. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We were told upon check in that it started at 7:30, which if you have tours scheduled, there is no way to have breakfast at that time and make an 8:00 tour. So, the first morning we had to meet our tour group across town at 7:30 which meant no breakfast. The 2nd morning we came out of our room just hoping to at least get a coffee and some fruit before again heading across town for an 8:00 am tour. We were sharply told that breakfast was at 7:30 so we got up and said, okay thank you we have to go. She softened and allowed us to sit which we did for all of 5 minutes before leaving. This property was very clean, very well appointed and updated but the only complaint/suggestion I have would be perhaps just having something out for guests to quickly grab on their way out to catch a tour if they can't wait until 7:30. Despite this, I would still recommend this property for your stay in Naples.

Wow! The hostess called just before we arrived to help us locate it! Her email directions were spot on! The room was gorgeous! Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The shower was so awesome!! And breakfast was amazing! Will definitely return!
