We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Doha as a couple.
Our room was on the 40th floor. Large, great bed and great view. A special highlight is the pool on the 7th floor.
The best thing about the hotel, however, is the staff.
Whether in room service, at the breakfast buffet, by the pool or at reception, the staff were always friendly, service-oriented and helpful!
We would definitely recommend the JW Marriott Doha.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! We especially appriciated the service-minded and helpful staff. Everyone were so kind, especially to kids.
Was an amazing pool area, so beautiful. Only downside is that majority of the pool was closed of for kids under 18 (could have been smaller area just by the pool bar).
We had half-board, included lunch/dinner at restaurant Fuego. Nice food and amazing staff. Breakfast was beyond amazing, best I've ever had, such good quality and many choices.
Hotel was also conveniently located in connection to Doha city mall, so was easy to go for a quick shopping tour when needed.
Had free access and shuttle to Doha beach club. We only went there once, pool area was so much better.
Overall an amazing stay and will hopefully be back!

The hotel is wonderful and has a great location because it's right next to a shopping mall (you can access it quickly and directly from the second floor of the hotel, right next to the breakfast room). My only problem was that the pool music was too loud on the lower floors (I slept with earplugs).

We had a brilliant stay here and would totally recommend! We are a family with young kids and stayed in a 3 bed apartment. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, staff is very friendly and attentive, the pool is amazing and the breakfast was so delicious!
