An okay family hotel
I specifically requested two rooms that were connected but we got placed in opposite ends of the hotel. We are never split up so we weren't pleased after checking in after a long day. We're a family of 6 with little ones so it wasn't fun for them to be far away from eachother. There was a group of adults drinking by the pool and they left their empty beers/glasses when they were done. They hogged 6 chairs and were quite loud. They were seated by the kid pool and my little ones were scared of going in next to them drinking. There was a funky odor as you walked toward the desk on the second floor, like a gas smell. Rooms were clean. We liked the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Heater worked well. Beds were on the firm side. The complimentary breakfast and the hotel coffee was okay, better than other places we stayed at. Even though we had frustrations, the staff was very nice and apologized for the inconveniences.

Good Room For Good Price
We had a suite that had bunk beds, a king bed, and a sofa bed. It had 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchen areas which was awesome. We were snowed in and wanted to swim but the pool was closed for maintenance. There were someone else’s clothes left behind in one of the drawers as well as stuff in both fridges. The king bed was super comfortable. Overall, it was good room for a good price.

Amazing!!!
The front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and made things right to help our stay be a better experience. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and nice. They also had a night security which helped my family n i feel safe. Will definitely be back there again!!!
