Beautifully updated hotel in a great location, right across the street from the Mirabell gardens. Our suite was quiet, roomy, comfortable and tastefully renovated with upscale finishes. This is a wonderful hotel, located across from the Mirabell Palace and centrally located within a short walk to all of the major Salzburg attractions. This was our second time staying there and we would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone travelling to Salzburg for business or pleasure. Staff is very helpful and friendly, parking in a public garage (at a discounted rate) is convenient and there are loads of shops and restaurants nearby (hotel also has an excellent in-house restaurant as well). There is public transportation across from the hotel, and the main railroad station is about a 15 minute walk, should you need to go anywhere outside of Salzburg by train. All in all, a great hotel at an affordable rate, considering its location in a major tourist destination.
