For my first stay in Surabaya, choosing Shangri-La Surabaya was absolutely the right decision. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The lounge had a wonderful atmosphere, and the warm hospitality from the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to especially mention the lovely female staff member who assisted me during both check-in and check-out — her service was truly outstanding. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Surabaya. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality.

Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment. Calm atmosphere all around.

The hotel and staff were awesome. In some areas only gave a 4 star rating because our room smell wasn't good. I'm not sure if it was only our room though. Maybe should have asked for a different room. Maybe it was because of the humidity. But very strong unpleasant smell.

Refurbished rooms are great!

The refurbished rooms are very well done. Spacious and thoughtfully designed. The club lounge had creative and tasty canapes and the wine selection was very pleasant. Thanks to Mr Eric at Bumbu for his kind hospitality. I generally felt very welcomed and attended to at Shangri-La Surabaya. Thank you.

Perfect hotel in Surabaya the pool is excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff we incredibly helpful. When checking in I mentioned we were gp9ng to Mt Bromo and the amazing staff member gave us hand warmers to keep warm. Small touches like this Mae a huge difference. Wpuld stay here again in a heartbeat beat. Have bot stayed at Shangra La before but because of this hotel wpukd do so in the future.
