수영장 이용 목적으로 이용했어요. 전체적으로 시설물이 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었어요. 스탭분들(남1,여1)께서 정말 친절히 부족함 없이 대해주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 저희는 렌트도 이용하였는데 사정상 반납을 풀빌라로 못하고 제주공항 근처에 했는데도 친절히 수용해 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다! 가족여행시 재방문의사 있습니다.

퀸사이즈 침대 2개라고 되어있지만 더블사이즈.

2인이상 돈 추가받습니다..
사전 공지없어서 당황했어요..
투숙전에 3인 침대사용 가능한지 여부 분명히 물어봤는데 아무런 말씀 없으셨거든요..
물추가비용(7만원) 인원추가 비용(1인 2만원x3일) ㅠㅠ 멘붕이었지만,
조식 서비스로 해주셔서 위안받았습니다..
주변에 편의시설 전무 ㅠㅠ
숙소 내부에 의자만 있고 테이블이 없어서 간단한 간식을 먹을 수 없어 불편 하였고,
옷장이 없어서 옷을 걸어 둘 곳도 없어서
3일간 캐리어 바닥에 널부러진채 사용했어요..
재방문 의사 전혀 없습니다

우선 두세번 찾아갔을 때 프론트가 계속 부재라서 답답했습니다.
숙소 시설 자체는 좋았지만 복층 구조인게 보기보다 불편했고 화장실 문이 전혀 닫히지 않았습니다. 볼일볼때 발로 문을 밀면서 이용한 게 너무 불편했습니다.

부모님을 모시고 오랜만에 즐거운 마음으로 가족 여행을 떠났으나, 청소도 안 되고, 불친절함에 여행을 망쳤습니다. 다시는 제주도 이제 안갈려구 합니다

여름성수기가 아니여서 그런가, 조금 시설관리를 덜 한느낌이 들더라구요,,
객실밖 썬베드도 부서져있는데 수리도 안하시고, 저희는 아이들과 함께갔는데 그런 부분들이 아이들이 다칠수도 있기 때문에 안전상 좋아 보이지는 않았습니다.
대체적으로는 만족했습니다.
그런 부분만 좀 신경써주셨으면 좋겠네요
