False advertising with pictures. Make sure appear you’re getting an apartment. You’re getting a small room with four beds. Cement floor that was dirty. Two small pillows per each bed the size of 1/ third of a normal pillow. Bed is extremely hard. Not what any of the pictures look like. Had to book another hotel room felt more like a Hostel.

When they say the hotel is “unmanned,” what they really mean is “understaffed.” My stay started off on the wrong foot: despite being told months in advance that I’d receive an email with check-in details 24 hours before arrival, no email ever came. I ended up frantically messaging them through Expedia at the front desk trying to get in. The common areas (hallways, elevators, kitchen, etc.) look like they get a quick surface clean every few days but haven’t seen a true deep clean in a long time. The guest rooms are the same story — beds made and surfaces tidied, but a layer of dust everywhere and a grimy feel in the bathroom. As others have noted, the rooms are small, and given the location and the type of businesses lining the street, the place feels more like an hourly-rate hotel trying to rebrand itself without making the investment to actually improve.

Avoid the 4pm self-checkin queue by arriving a little later. There are ear plugs free at reception and you will likely need them as the street is prime entertainment district. The blinds didn’t block all light so bring an eye mask.

404号室エアコンが故障していた、音だけがうるさく寝付けなかった。土足厳禁とあるが、入る前に解るように表記していてほしい、スリッパに履き替えたら気を付けないと滑って転びそうだった、特に年寄りだと危険では。その他の設備は問題なく満足です。であい橋のイルミネーションがクリスマスバージョンの時期で部屋から眺められ良かった。またいつの日か中州に行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。

가격만큼의 기대를 하시면 될것 같습니다! 다른 후기에서 하수구 냄새가 난다고 하여, 예약을 해놓고 가장 걱정했던 부분이 냄새였는데요. 502호 객실 냄새 나지 않았어요. 그래서 도착하자마자 안도했네요. 이불이나 바닥 화장실 등은 전체적으로 깨끗한 느낌이었지만, 블라인드 위 천장에 각종 전선 위에 먼지는 소복합니다...^^;; 객실은 2층 침대 2개 있어서 4명이 자기에는 불편함이 없었으나, 나머지 공간은 좁은편이었고, 냉장고에 맥주가 무료인 점이 아주 마음에 들었어요. 잠만 자고 밖에서 열심히 돌아다니실 목적으로는 맞고 호텔에서 좀 머물러야 하는 분이라면 다른 곳이 어떨까 싶습니다, 4시 이전 체크인은 안되고, 짐 보관해주는 곳은 그냥 선반만 있습니다. 자전거 자물쇠 가져오시면 보관할때 도움이 될듯 하고, 3층에 코인라커도 있으니 이곳 이용을 고려해 보심도 좋겠네요.

子供３人と大人2人で利用。 事前チェックインが出来てスムーズですが、7階がフロントなので初めての方は注意。 とにかく外国人だらけ。 部屋のドリンクサービスにはビックリした。アルコールの種類が全て無料！！ お風呂はシャワーのみ。 車で行く方は注意。 駐車場はあるが高すぎて利用出来ない。 カップルや中洲の夜を楽しみたい方にはオススメします。

위생에 너무 당황했어요 2인용 패브릭소파 있는것도 진짜 너무너무 더러워서 수건 깔고앉는것도 불편했고, 화장실 먼지랑 머리카락 장난 아닙니다;;;; 심지어 2박3일에 딱70만원 냈는데 이 가격이 맞나 싶어요. 무인이라 아무런 서비스 없고요, 나카스강 진짜 바로 앞이긴하나 걍 술집 골목입니다. 호텔 자체가 그냥 다같이 술을 더 마실 수 있는 2차 모텔같은 느낌으로 만든듯해요.
바닥과 그대로 연결된 침대. 2층에서 자면 에어컨 코앞 정면에서 맞기때문에 자는게 불가함
