Lovely Stay in Verga/Kalamata

The hotel is very nice with amazing sunsets and views over the Messinian Gulf. There is a nice restaurant next to the pool area (there are two clean, well-maintained pools). Breakfast was good. We also ordered a light lunch by the pool but found the service quite slow as we waited over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Note that service at breakfast was very good. The rooms are comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the Kalamata area.

We stayed at your hotel in room 514. While there were positive aspects of our visit, there were also some issues that affected our overall experience. First, we encountered a persistent noise throughout the night that seemed to come from above our room. It sounded like a turbine and water pump, which made it difficult for us to get a restful night's sleep. When we raised this concern with the receptionist, we were disappointed by the response. The staff member was dismissive and rude, suggesting that there was no sound and implying that we were lying. This lack of understanding and professionalism was quite troubling. On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The food was good, and the staff serving coffee and juice were very welcoming and attentive, which we appreciated.

Stunning hotel set into the side of the mountain with an expansive view of the sea. Spotlessly clean, modern yet very comfortable and welcoming, The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Two beautiful pools overlooking the sea and outfitted with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet here was varied and delicious. Don’t miss watching the sunset and sipping a cocktail (delicious pina colada) at the nearby castle themed restaurant/bar. We were so relaxed at this hotel and I hope.we have that we are fortunate enough to stay there again sometime.

Unsere Erwartung war aufgrund der 5 Sterne relativ hoch, wurde aber mit Ausnahme des Morgenessen Buffets (da hat es an nichts gefehlt) nicht erfüllt. Generell scheint die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, zu sehen bei den Poolliegen, dem Terrassenholz, den Beleuchtungen, Dusche, usw.. Auch mit der Sauberkeit scheint man es nicht überall genau zu nehmen, in unserem Pool schwammen diverse Dinge die nicht reingehören. Auch Treppen und Gänge waren alles andere als sauber. Service war ok, wer erwartet, dass leere Teller weggeräumt werden, solange man noch am Tisch sitzt, der wird enttäuscht, hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.
