10/10 Exceptional

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the staff accommodating my request. The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient, and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Although I didn’t have the chance to use the hotel’s facilities during this stay, I would definitely love to return in the near future and enjoy more of what the hotel has to offer. I would also like to give a special thank-you to a staff member whose name begins with “F.” Unfortunately, I couldn’t remember her full name, but she kindly helped me when I was struggling to catch a bus to the airport. Her assistance and kindness made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m truly grateful for her help. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay a pleasant experience. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Breakfast was good. Due to ongoing renovation, noise was heard loud and clear. But the location and the well-trained staffs made up for the noise and some inconvenience.

6/10 Good

Breakfast was very good. Room was dated but large. They were refurbishing the hotel when we were there, but we got an older room. Location was a bit far from train stations, but cabs are very affordable, so it didn’t matter. Overall a solid option for a family of 4 for a few days in Taipei.
