Pool bar staff were attentive. No complaints there although they did forget to bring a few drinks. Hotel was nice and clean. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the pool. We stayed for 5 days and I did not see one pool attendant. To have to be in the pool and avoid human hair whilst swimming wasn’t a nice feeling. For a luxury hotel. I do not expect to experience that.

My stay at Eden roc was really nice, my kids loved the 3 pools and the easy access to the beach was really good. Room was nice and clean. I wasn’t happy that you can not use the fridge in the room because is full of drinks that get charge on consumption , so you can storage anything, other then that was a really good experience, staff was really nice, kind and always available to help.

This is a classic Miami Beach resort that has been well maintained and updated over the years. We had an amazing view from our balcony and the room was clean and spacious. The wait staff at the pool were always very pleasant. You must try Ocean Social restaurant. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in quite awhile. The only cons were the repeated issues with the wristband room keys not opening our room door and the massive amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean throughout the Miami Beach area. This resort is great for both families and couples. I look forward to returning.
