The Sofitel Marseille is an incredible property. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and had a great assortment of meats, cheeses, and breads. The only issue was that the rooms facing the port also faced a rowing club that had a very noisy party until midnight on 2 out of three nights we were there. Perhaps there needs to be more sound proofing on the windows and terrace doors.

A great hotel away from the busy old port but in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and rooftop bar with a great view. The rooms and washroom are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

An excellent hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating offering assistance with making restaurant reservations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of cold options and made to order eggs. The warm pain au chocolat was a highlight. The view from the restaurant (where breakfast was served) was brilliant. The spa was lovely and the massages we had were lovely.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which offered an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality products in a beautiful setting overlooking the harbor. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. A fantastic hotel that combines stunning views, outstanding comfort, an excellent breakfast, and first-class hospitality. We would gladly stay here again.

We had an amazing view of the port from our room. It was a decent walk to the dining and shopping area. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Only one little complaint was the water during our shower was a bit inconsistent-extremely hot back to normal. Overall ,we had a great stay.
