The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very helpful, warm and professional. I stayed in 2 rooms, 6&11. The ones upstairs and not facing the street are best if you’re a light sleeper, and also keep in mind that the beds are firm. Both rooms had great bathroom amenities. Breakfast is a la carte and was delicious, served by very attentive staff. There was an issue with the bed in room 6 and Alexander solved it quickly and efficiently. Gracias a Alexander por su amabilidad y eficiencia al resolver el problema con la habitación 6, y a todo el personal del hotel por su trato exquisito.

This hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay in Antigua! The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was comfortable. It's conveniently located but quiet. I was never bothered by the city noises. The staff was always very helpful and attentive! I'd definitely stay here again!

In the heart of La Antigua, this beautiful, spotless and cozy hotel was our choice for a short visit. The hotel looks almost like a museum and is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Highly recommended to have a quiet place with excellent service.

Beautiful hotel with classic decor and amazing volcanic views from the rooftop where you can have breakfast. The turn -down service for the beds was A-1. The staff including the restaurant servers are very kind and makes every effort to speak English. I would recommend.
