The front desk staff were exceptional. Always willing to make dinner recommendations and reservations. In particular Nuno who greeted us every morning. We would stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional

We needed to book this room at the last minute and it worked out extremely well! The service was wonderful and the amenities and overall ambiance were excellent. We struggled with the AC not working and the power/light switches within the room, but it was generally a great experience and would go back.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. The cost of parking was manageable, but would be nice if it was less. Breakfast service was good.

8/10 Very good

Great location, lovely modern rooms. Unfortunately we woke to no water so unable to shower or even flush toilets but that was out of their control as construction outside had severed water pipe for whole street! They gave us free parking to apologise. We’d definitely return

8/10 Very good

Excellent location, with a very nice garden away from crowds and heat, for drinks, lunch or dinner! Rooms are Small even if you pay for a superior room, but modern and very clean. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the funecular to come back up from the Douro river quays.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, clean, comfy rooms. Very nice courtyard garden. Excellent breakfast. Loved the bathroom items you could take home! Once the pool is open, even better.

10/10 Exceptional

This is a great little hotel with super location. A few minutes walk from the funicular. Outdoor space to sit and relax in after a busy day. Bar/lounge area is not very inviting but there’s plenty of bars just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Away from the very busy areas but easy to access them. Ubers cheap too

2/10 Poor

Room was clean however pool was only open for 1 of the 3 days that we were visiting. We were told it would be open the first day, it was not. We booked the hotel specifically for the pool so it is unfortunate that it was unavailable.
