The best part of this hotel is its location, very convenient for downtown! It’s not a particularly clean hotel. My room had Kleenex under one of the beds upon arrival and a cockroach in my bed my last night there.

We love that the metro train station is a couple of minutes away from the hotel and you can get to and from games for the Vikings, Twins, Lynx, Timberwolves, Mall of America very easily!

Location was great by the light train between downtown Minneapolis and St Paul. Lots of restaurants nearby.

8/10 Very good

Room was kind of small and carpet definitely needed a good cleaning. Staff was good. Location was great - lots of food, shops, etc and a two minute walk to Transit stations.

Hotel guests were rude and loud late into the early morning. Didn’t feel safe.

Very quite. Was renovated but the bathroom was not. Knee high toilet Sower leaked & sprayed all over the walls @ floor. They fixed it the next day but was not the best. Great location great friendly staff & knowledgeable. Highly recommended to stay.

Place was a little dilapidated. The TV was unacceptable. Small and analog. Friendly staff

10/10 Exceptional

It IS a non-smoking hotel, but you can still kind of smell cigarette smoke in the halls. The rooms are fine, though (or at least mine was). Otherwise, it’s very clean and well maintained, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so I can’t say anything about that, but it is included.

6/10 Good

Really bad breakfast spread. Truly poor compared to similar hotels. No protein (eggs, sausage, bacon … anything). They had bread and ran out of muffins and oatmeal. So, basically - tea/coffee and whatever remains. Location is great. Ample parking. The facility needs some upgrading. Service folks were pleasant. Wifi was fine too. The carpet in the room felt damp, which was strange.

Would stay there again. Front desk was friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was basic: cereal, toast, yogurt. Elevator smelled like weed.

Clean room, easy parking, breakfast could be improved a little bit... I got in contact only with 3 staff members on my short ( 1 night ) stay, and they are professional, polite and always ready to help. Congratulations !!!

Room was clean, staff were amazing, breakfast did not have much to choose from, parking was easy and safe plus the metro station is right on the corner of the parking lot

If you’re not expecting luxury, this place may do the trick. Stuff was kind and helpful. Floor/carpet in the room was damp throughout our stay. Not sure if it is a ventilation issue or if carpets were recently cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Decent location for getting around Minneapolis.

8/10 Very good

Excellent value. Very good location. Parking provided was a big plus. Room was spacious. Wi-fi access good. Minimal offerings for breakfast. Room lighting OK but not great. Hard to adjust water temperature in tub/shower (although it got easier as I got used to it).
