Traveler’s was a great place to stay in Clarksdale. I liked the ease of checking in and the availability of the kitchen and self serve (honor system) snacks and drinks. My only recommendation for people who plan to stay there is to request an upstairs room as ours only had one window and it was well above our heads.

I wish I could give it more stars. The place was just right for me. All the amenities were there for their guests. They have a kitchen with coffee, cereal and fruit with milk and creamer. The living room area is really relaxing with alot of seating and interesting books available to read. There is a dining room table to eat. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom too. I will tell you, the pillows were exceptional. I plan to buy them when I get home. They are flat and perfect for people with cervical neck issues. Also, the location is walking distance to everything. There are no staff on the premises all day, but there is a number to reach them if you have any issues. You are given a code to enter the building and also a code for your individual room. Its set up very well and as a single woman traveling, I felt 100% safe. It was also great to meet the other guests coming and going. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Clarksdale. The free parking lot is right across the street.

This hotel was a very nice stop in the heart of Clarksdale. We arrived the day after the Juke Joint Festival had concluded, so things were pretty quiet. We never saw any staff (or other guests) during the short time we were at the hotel, so we let ourselves into the building (and our room) using codes provided via text. The main lobby is modern and nice. Our room was fairly spartan, with no furniture other than a desk and a bed (with small tables on either side. Luckily they provided two luggage stands for our bags. There was no TV in the room, which might have been an issue if we stayed more than one night. The bathroom was large and clean, with nice soap and shampoo.

This is an awesome place and quite unique. The style is industrial and raw but everything is clean and functional. Staff was responsive and friendly (although they are not constantly onsite). Almost everything worthwhile is walkable. The town is odd as it almost looks deserted but behind the worn facades there is a lot going on! The facilities downstairs are excellent with complimentary fruit, granola, yoghurt and coffee downstairs in the beautiful lobby/ event/ kitchen area. Beds are quite ok and the airco is strong and silent. Only few comments we have are that the sink could be a bit more private as it’s now located in the middle of the room. Shower and toilet are of course in a walled space. A fridge is not present in the room (and neither is a tv) which could be something you might need to ask for. Sound proofing is not fantastic as there is still some noise (and light) coming from the hallway. Other than that we would definitely recommend the accommodation!
