Rude and disrespectful
The room was nice ,clean ,and comfortable what was disappointing the added fees $18.69 resort fee,there was an added fee when we bought food there was a $5.00 sure charge on top of the tip we left,also the price of drinks a double rum and coke was $17.50 and the attitude and behavior of the two employees working 7pm 9/14/23 at the 8 oz burger bar is the reason we will never go back there again.

not impressed..
we stayed there on our way to Florida..the room is small for the money,we paid less for 1 bdrm suite in Florida with full kitchen ,they give you the bare essentials.. the machines in casino are tight.. hardly saw anyone win at all..the check in staff was very polite.. the pool was closed for cleaning every day i was there.. probably wouldnt stay there again..

Dirty Floors inside and outside the rooms.
When we arrived at our room which was way on the other side of the complex. The bathroom had 3 small puddles of dog urine in the floor and there was dirt debri in the floor and also no trash bags in the trashcans in the room. We called the front desk expecting the lady to switch our room for our comfort but the manager of the housekeeping came up to mop up the piss real fast and she walked out! The hallways had dirt and vomit stains throughout the 3rd floor and into the entrance of the elevators. The hotel of this casino has went down as far as cleanliness. The casino part was great with great drinks the bartender served in the middle bar.
