The lazy, inept hotel registration desk workers could not find our reservation, insulted me with questions like "Are you sure you booked THIS hotel on THIS date?" and then claimed they "lost the reservation". We did not stay, re-booked next door at the GoldStrike and Hotels.com was little or no help. We were charged for both reservations -- Just a horrid experience all the way around.
