We needed somewhere to stay near the airport and chose The Dylan or a wing and a prayer - I saw it had good reviews and was reasonably priced. I was more than pleased with the whole place. Room, hallway, elevator, parking area, landscape was clean and secure feeling. We even felt safe leaving early in the morning. We would recommend The Dylan highly.

Nice little hotel. Five minute walk from the Bart station, quiet at night and an actual coffee machine in the lobby! We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. We didnt rent a car but there's a good amount of parking as well.

Such a comfortable space! The bed was amazing and really appreciated the cozy mcm vibes of the place. It was a quick stay before heading to the airport but would have loved to enjoy the room a bit longer. Absolutely loved the reusable water bottles given in the room with a water station, too!

Our room and the lobby were super clean, the woman at the desk was incredibly friendly, and the hotel is minutes away from Trader Joe's, CVS, and restaurants. It's also very close to the Millbrae BART station, and they offer parking at the hotel, as well. We'll definitely stay there again!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and always available. I just have stayed at nicer properties. It’s not bad, it’s definitely fine, but reminds me of an old motel that they tried to put new paint on. We didn’t have any breakfast items, but did appreciate the 24/7 beverage station in the lobby where we had coffee/tea every morning. Parking was easy and never had to worry about finding a spot. The overall area is okay. I would choose to stay elsewhere though next time just based off my particular taste. I like the more upscale places, there isn’t anything necessarily wrong with this place.

Great boutique hotel within walking distance to the Caltrain station. We’ve stayed at this property many times over the years and the rooms are consistently clean and staff is friendly. The latte/coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby is a nice treat after a chilly outing in the Bay Area.
