8/10 Very good

Nice room conditions. Very helpful staff. Nice location. Close to the S. M. Station. A little far from the famous sites in Firenze. Nice small garden. Good to see.

This place is gorgeous, I wish we had time to relax and enjoy the garden. You can hear comings and goings from the lobby but it’s nothing dramatic. Viola the owner is super lovely and very helpful. Would stay again in a garden view room.

6/10 Good

Loved the close location to the Florence train station and historic area. The property host had an excellent map, and suggestions for eating options, groceries and laundry facilities nearby in every room. Very nice outdoor area and shared kitchen stocked with juice, yogurt and fruit and limited packaged baking items. The room had a nice sized mini fridge, and a safe.

It was in a convenient location in this very walkable city, and I could not imagine staying anywhere else. I will be recommending this property to anyone I know who is travelling to Florence!

The close proximity to the train station and the city centre made commuting by foot extremely easy, while still being quiet. The room and its adjoining private bathroom were clean and spacious; we also appreciated the complementary wine and snacks. If we were ever to return to Florence, we would stay at this place again.

The location is very convenient. It is near the train station. You can walk to Duomo and a lot of tourist attractions. The hotel is in great condition. Very clean and very safe. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only if you happen to have a room with window facing the street it can get a little noisy.
