Beautiful central hotel
Big and comfy room, very bright and clean; perfect position a couple of minutes walking from the Dome and from the rail station. No elevator, but we got a first floor room, and had a terrific one-night stay.

My experience
Our experience at this hotel was very interesting. Let me start by pointing out the positives first: The owner and his son are very friendly people who try to help you how every they can if you ask. The rooms were clean. We really enjoyed the balcony during our stay. They give you free breakfast each morning (technically the breakfast is included in your stay but not very hotel does this so it was a perk). Now the bad: The comforter on the mattress is deceiving. Once I took the comforter off we saw how small the mattress really is. My husband and I are used to harder mattresses so we were okay with it. The pillows are insanely low luckily there was an extra pillow so we shared it. Every single outside sound echoes on that street. My husband and I are really bothered by sounds so we didn't sleep too well during our stay there. The AC only works when the owner allows it to work. He actually has a switch somewhere that he turns on and off whenever he wants. I say this because we had to ask him about our AC not working when we arrived and the room being hot. Then the next night I wake up sweating because I guess the AC was "magically" turned off in the middle of the night. If you complain enough he will leave your AC on, but it does turn off every time you leave the room with the keys. Personally, we will not be staying at this location again... I guess you can stay here at your own discretion and I really hope people don't have the experience we did here....

The owner was nice and welcoming. It is in a GREAT spot and close to many historical, social, and shopping areas. Only downside, the bed was uncomfortable.

Hard bed!
The hotel was in a great location and close to everything but there was no elevator to get to second floor and the bed was very hard so in the morning I had back ache and it was hard to get up. The breakfast was below average. The owners were nice and gave us maps and direction to the different sightseeing in the city. I wouldn't stay there again though.
