I was honestly shocked by how good our stay was from the beginning! Jocelyn at the front desk offered us an early check-in and 2 complimentary coffees and waters for us and the kids. Had there been a cocktail handed out is the only thing that would have made the first impression better! We needed a 1 night stay near the airport after 4 days at Disneyland, and the beds were incredibly comfortable which was very much needed! The hot tub and pool area was clean and relaxing - nothing fancy or extravagant but peaceful and served their purpose! The bar was cool and the food was delicious! We’ve stayed everywhere from Ritz to Motel 6 and I can honestly say this was an incredible guest experience - mostly for the service - but we will definitely be back!

The room was clean and spacious and a good value. The restaurant on site had excellent breakfast options that were also a good value. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were excellent. The toilet handle was very noisy because of friction against the porcelain and it was difficult to get the shower hot but otherwise everything about the Crowne Plaza was excellent.
