Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we needed special amenities. I wish I could find info about the airport shuttle in the website a bit easier but we really enjoyed our stay.

8/10 Very good

Very good location in the downtown area, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Free off street parking right across the street was nice. Only downfall was property (guest rooms) were dated and in need of updating.

Very convenient location to the convention center and Rupp Arena. Good food locations all around. The restaurant dinner menu leaves a bit to be desired but the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The location was convenient. The room was OK -unfortunately there was a strange incident with local teenagers as I was waiting for an Uber. There were no hotel staff members monitoring the entrance.

Valet parking is the way to go Rooms were clean and hotel seemed well maintained Perfect place to stay for an event at the Rupp arena.
