6/10 Good

Wonderful hotel but with some shortcomings. The room was adequate but nothing special. My biggest issue was the lack of proper bottled water in the rooms. Instead they provided filtered water in reusable bottles where the flip lid seals often looked dirty. If you wanted a proper bottle of water I understand there is an additional charge of around £10 per bottle. The breakfast is also a buffet but suffers from that 'holiday resort' feel where hygiene is a potential issue particularly around the fruit juices and pastries area. English also is very uneven with employees frequently not understanding us. You quickly learn that it is only really the heads of staff who understand English. On the upside the pool area looked very impressive, the water fountains etc all added to the features of the place.

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms & very good amenities. Good breakfast available. For improvement would be the sound proofing for rooms & corridors and perhaps a nicer bar than just the lobby one. In reality an excellent 4 star hotel than luxury 5 star. Overall recommend though & would stay there again. Very good value for money.

Fantastic hotel truly 5* Far enough away from busy road, therefore no traffic noise. Great choice of on site restaurants. Beautiful extensive gardens. The Royal Suites are amazing with little extras thrown in including two hour complimentary drinks and nibbles. All staff were so friendly. I would stay again.
