It's a gem of a place in the hustle and bustle of Napoli's historic center. I would highly recommend it - I'm a female solo traveler so safety is a priority, as is cleanliness and just good service. Michaela and Andrea were top notch receptionists that really went out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable with recommendations for dinner etc. Janou was lovely and professional with making sure breakfast is well-prepared.
