"Great hotel outside of the main hotel areas in the Island. Feels very private and quiet. It is still a short walk on the beach away from the walking street and all the restaurants. Does have a small beach with access to the ocean. Great breakfast included. We stayed in a room with a hot tub on the terrace. Very private, no way for anyone to see into the terrace. The bed is extremely comfortable and looks out into the ocean and neighboring islands. The hot tub is very clean and comfortable...

"We had some rude Chinese guests that kept coming to our pool perch. The hotel helped us changed rooms which was better. Unfortunately they were still loud in the private areas of the pool. Maybe the hotel staff can help enforce quiet zone areas more. Overall we loved the island & hotel. Staff very nice! "

"Ricci House has a great central location and friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast offers good choices - thanks for providing fresh, delicious mango each day. However, the rooms are extremely basic for the price you pay. The shower is essentially a hose on the wall without any wall or barrier, so it takes a lot of skill not to spray or splash the entire bathroom each time. Try to ask for a room away from the busy street."

"This was next to the best beach on Lipe. Very cozy if you don't mind being without AC. Still totally worth the money <3 very helpful staff and we filled our water bottles many times in the lobby. This bungalow had everything we needed: good price, clean, best location. Also as neighbours we had people from all ages. Tried their snorkeling trip and restaurant too - would recommend those also. "

"The hotel kind of not a place to stay for that price, water was very much controlled, the breakfast was not filling. Can say budget 1 star motel. The beach 🏖 full of stone and wave got cuts on my foot too. "

"Their beach is cleaned every morning but there is an endless barrage of plastic in the sea. It is not slit if plastic but there area floating bottles and styrofoam. The lodge should collect the plastic at sea daily as well as clean their beach. The cool tubs in front of each room was a delight in the hot temperature. Great views of the sea from the room "
