We had an excellent stay at B&B Skyhouse Chiaia and gladly recommend it. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of Naples’ elegant Chiaia district, close to everything yet comfortable and relaxing. Our room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the lively streets, letting us enjoy the neighborhood’s atmosphere from above. Many mid-range restaurants and cafés are nearby, while the upscale dining and shopping district is within walking distance, surrounded by boutiques such as Prada, Valentino, and Louis Vuitton. Two metro stations are close by, providing easy access to M1 and M6, the principal lines serving central Naples. The design is unique, stylish, and full of character. Our room had high ceilings of about five meters, creating a sense of space and preserving the atmosphere of a historic Neapolitan building. We especially appreciated that the property does not economize on air conditioning. When we arrived, the AC was already operating at full capacity, and guests can leave it running throughout the day. This is a rare and valuable comfort among Italian hotels in this price range, particularly in summer. The host was friendly, attentive, and communicative. Breakfast was traditionally Italian and sweet. Perhaps a few savory choices could be added for international guests who prefer more variety, but this small suggestion did not diminish our positive impression. Overall, an excellent experience in one of Naples’ best locations, and we would happily stay again.

Fantastic order and nicely lighted and decorated place over all! We had a nice stay and enjoyed ourselves. Thank's to the helpful and friendly place! Just beware, the entrance changes betseen day and night as the big gates toward the street closes.

Located on the third floor of a Neapolitan Palazzo - this already is worth booking there. Old Charme on the outside and sleek boutique hotel design inside. Giuseppe is the good soul of the b&b and does an amazing job keeping the place spotless, making the light breakfast etc. The little balconies to Via Chiaia add to the charm … bring a chair to the window doors, put your legs up, have a coffee or wine and enjoy the buzzing Italian street flair … you’re in the middle of bella Napoli !!!!

Ho soggiornato a Skyhouse Chiaia 1 notte per esigenze lavorative. Molto comodo per raggiungere sia la zona di Luxury Sales, sia piazza del plebiscito e la passeggiata di Toledo. Posizione molto strategica. Appartamenti molto lussuosi, ma leggermente datati ed usurati; un appunto per la mancanza di shampoo per i capelli, solo il sapone corpo era disponibile. Peccato per questa piccola ma invalidante mancanza. Nel complesso un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

O estabelecimento fica bem localizado, apesar do acesso ser um pouco escondido. A forto reflete bem o interior dos quartos e da recepção, a única coisa que me deixou chateado foi o fato de termos pago pelo café da manhã e nao termos tomado o café. Informaram que o café começava as 8:00, e as 8:15 o mesmo nao tinha começado, saímos do hotel por causa do horário sem tomar o café.

Excellent value for money!

Pleasantly surprised on arrival, the accommodation set on the 3 floor of a fabulous enclosed and safe courtyard was extremely spacious. Ceilings must have been about 20ft, absolutely stunning with double doors out onto a balcony. Modern, with great ensuite and luxury memory foam bed and pillows. Very comfortable, relaxing and well equipped with tea, coffee and Prosecco available (the latter at extra cost). There was quite a lot of street noise but to be so central and in a busy street it's to be expected. I didn't have breakfast but it looked very good and great value for money.

Siamo stati maltrattati e minacciati di dover andare via solo perchè la nostra bimba di 18 mesi la prima notte ha pianto fino all'una, forse perchè non aveva il suo lettino (che avevamo chiesto in sede di prenotazione ma non l'abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo) o perchè aveva un malessere. Ci hanno detto che se la cosa si fosse ripetuta la notte seguente, saremmo stati costretti a lasciare la struttura e a pagare i danni economici e di immagine. Ma quale immagine hanno dato comportandosi così? E' vergognoso!!!! Nel 2019 ci si batte perchè si accettino gli animali e poi si cacciano i bambini. Ci hanno scritto "non spetta a noi l'educazione di sua figlia", ma io mi chiedo di quale educazione si parli, di quella di una bimba di 18 mesi che piange per un paio d'ore o della loro ?
