Today, my son and I had a disappointing experience during our visit to the hotel swimming pool. We were excited to enjoy some time swimming, upon arrival, we noticed there were no towels available on the shelves. Before we got in the pool, I approached the front desk and spoke with a female agent about our need for towels. She kindly assured me that they would be brought to the pool shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting and still no towels, my son, who was already wet, offered to go back to the front desk to follow up on our request. I appreciate that he took the initiative, but it was frustrating for both of us to have chase after something so simple. When he finally received the towels and returned to the pool. I felt quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom in our hotel room wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. Dust was collected near the upper walls, and the vent was quite dusty as well. I recorded a video to bring this to the attention of the front desk manager before we left, as I believe it is important for the hotel to be aware of these issues. Overall, our experience during this stay did not meet our expectations, and I truly hope the hotel can improve its customer service and housekeeping to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable visit.
