Arrived and our room was ready early - bonus! Reception staff were excellent. Great room. Bar superb. We don’t have breakfast or eat in the hotel. Now off to Copenhagen to compare!

Incredible hotel!!!

Hotel was a great find! Have stayed at many properties throughout Hamburg over the years and this one was by far...The best! Spotless clean, great staff and the attention to detail was second to none. Boiler Room bar and Neni restaurant are not to be missed while staying there. Haffen City is growing up nicely and downtown is a leisurely 10 minute walk. Highly recommended!!

Nice hotel, room was okay but was expecting little bit more space for extra large room. The bed for our daughter was not ready upon our arrival, there were only towels for two in the room and we were never given extra glass/cup although the housekeeping team sorted out the bed straight away. Was expecting little bit more such as bathrobes and a larger outdoor area for the guests. There were only two tables outside the reception and although the restaurant had a large outdoor area, the restaurant manager was not happy for us to sit there unless we were ordering food from the restaurant. This was not great as we were the guests of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good, but pricey at 26€ per person so for a family of three this was not a great value for money. One morning there was a lot of noise around 7am in the corridor, which woke us up. The hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly apart the moody restaurant manager who was very precious about his EMPTY outdoor space being dedicated to the restaurant guests despite us being the guests of the hotel!?. Big thank you to the housekeeping team that was friendly and helpful. 4 starts due to lack of outdoor or indoor space for the guests to relax apart from the restaurant area.

Die Lage ist mehr als passend innerhalb der Hafencity, um auch den Rest der Stadt zu erleben. Ob man jetzt am Empfang geduzt werden muss, bleibt ja jedem selbst überlassen, das zu erwidern oder zu ändern, aber wenn eine Belastung auf der Kreditkarte fehlerhaft ist, möchte ich doch etwas Empathie erhalten und eine Lösung finden! Es sind nicht immer die Anderen (in diesem Fall der Vermittler, das Buchungsportal oder der Kollege:(). Beim Frühstück sind wir hingegen von sehr sympathischen Servicekräften begleitet worden. Die Einrichtung entspricht dem avisierten Industriedesign und versprüht mit vielen Kleinigkeiten (Emaillebecher, Wärmflasche und Schlafschaf) echten Charme.

Das Hotel ist mega zentral und die Zimmer sehr schön und praktisch. Dieses Mal hatten wir sogar einen kleinen Sitzplatz in den Innenhof, welchen wir sehr genossen haben. Das Zimmer lag in Bar- und Restaurantnähe. Grundsätzlich gut, nur dass nach Mitternacht noch Flaschen klirrten vom Zusammen-und Wegräumen. Sonst wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Danke
