I stayed in an ADA room access was not easy at all. Difficult to navigate wheel chair through the doors. Beds are very low to the floor making it hard to get up.

I loved staying at WoodSpring Suites Santee; the room smelled brand new, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely live there.

I was lied to about my deposit. I got it back then was charged the next day for it. I also was charged $5 for linen at the end of my stay. They never told me I would pay that before hand

The hotel is under a highway and there is constant noise from the traffic. I was not able to get any sleep. Additionally, you can hear the upstair neighbors walking around and it sounds like they’re stomping. I believe this is a poor construction issue and not unruly behavior.

I certainly won’t be back. Front desk staff is awesome. That’s the nicest thing I have to say. No housekeeping, even though the housekeeping cart was in the hallway the entire time. The bed was cheaper than a Walmart bed. Noisy and moved entirely too easy. They allow dogs, who bark all night. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Place is in such disrepair that when my door shut behind me, the scanner fell off the door. Incredibly expensive for a fancy motel six. Oh, and that has like 20 EV charging spaces so you have to walk half a mile to get to the front door.

I booked a room with a kitchenette and a dining table. I was to spend 3 days with no car so I brought groceries. No dishes pans silverware the kitchen was empty. You could buy kits, I found out after check in. There was no table. The bed was as a metal frame, that did not sit evenly so every time I moved it thudded against the floor. Noise all night long. Was such a waste of time and money. It’s very new and it seems like it is a magnet for drug users. Wish they would make it less targeted for these activities.

Night time staff was great.. shower is set to cold.. cannot change it., three days of cold showers.. miserable.. no cups for coffee in the lobby., overall would never stay again.. too bad cause the location is good

Clean room. Very basic. Only has queen beds, no kings. Water doesn't get very Hot, just lukewarm for showers. Only one night stand, makes it difficult for couples. Staff is very nice. It's got an exercise room & paid laundry room. It's newer, so in good repair, in a safe area of East County. We basically just needed a place to lay our heads & sleep, so for the money & peace of mind, this worked for us.

Came in on a Friday. No sleep due to the neighbors on one side. Then the next nite. Same thing only the other side. Woke up to a couple screaming and fighting Including a huge thud. I complained to the front desk. They said they were sorry. I personally think I should be compensated as I got no sleep at all.

The only good thing that is new. Booked a two queen. Which supposed to sleep four people. Only had two medium towels and two wash cloth and one small tube of shampoo. Nothing else. No hair dryer, no iron. Bare bones. Spend your money elsewhere. They make a physical copy of your driver license.

Staff was friendly polite respectful and to themselves meaning they weren't all up your you know what lol. Place is new so we had the chance to experience a hotel stay with all new appliances and what not. Although the bed was not that comfortable. The metal frame was not leveled so it was a noisy. The mattress not only was it uncomfortable and bad for my back it also would start slidding off once you'd sit on it. That's pretty much everything.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. My experience was highly disappointing, and I do not intend to return or recommend this establishment to others. Upon arrival, the customer service was poor. The staff member assisting me was preoccupied joking with other guests and did not pay sufficient attention to the check-in process. Additionally, the music near the elevators was excessively loud and disturbing. My night was further ruined when I was awoken around 2:00 AM by guests yelling, cursing, and slamming doors. This environment felt very unwelcoming, and I did not feel safe during my stay. I hope you will take this feedback into serious consideration to improve your service and security.

The room hardware needs an update; doors slam loudly enough to shake the walls, and I could hear every footstep next to my room. Tried to switch rooms, but no luck as they were booked out. Hard to get a peaceful night's rest here
