Location is good. Friendly staff but the apartment is old. Worst thing for me are the hallways and facility area with the cigarette smells. I booked a week stay but could only stay one night. Manager was nice and reasonable. Gave me a refund for the remaining nights. This place is good if you are in a budget and don't mind the cigarette smells.

it's more of an apartment, located close to Bejing Pedestrian Street and close to many food options - popular ones at that. Though room is abit old but was still comfortable and suitable if you are traveling as a family.

The hotel location is convenient; however, it is very difficult to find out which apartment that I made reservations. There are 4 different apartments in the same address. Also, the hotel room is not clean. Laundry is only washer no dryer. I wouldn’t complain since the hotel price is good.

The property was clean and within walking distance to train station. covered walkway all the way to the train station which is amazing. Very spacious room with 2 queen size bed, very generous for my needs (a couple) complete with washing machine. I'll certainly book this place again if I'm staying in Guangzhou.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to our questions. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.
