I had repeated problems with the facial recognition system required to enter the building and the digital code required to enter my room. The internet also didn't work at the start of my stay, which made communication with the off-site staff, who can only be reached by text message, tricky. Though they were responsive and sought to resolve these issues, and ultimately did, I was put in a situation that was less than ideal: unable to enter the building and my room, I was stranded in the street / lobby, in an unsafe neighbourhood at night. The name and picture of the property are also both misleading. Zoom Santa Cecilia is located not in Santa Cecilia but in the rougher neighbourhood of Campos Eliseos. The image is of a cafe on a different street, not of the accommodations. The room itself was fine, though there was a mould situation in the bathroom. To fellow travellers: I'd seriously think twice before staying here.

Equipe muito solícita e atenciosa pelo whatsapp. Apartamento em si poderia estar em melhores condições, mas considerei um bom custo-benefício. Precisa de manutenção no banheiro como trocar a saboneteira que está toda enferrujada. Também sugeriria trocar a torneira por uma que não molhe toda a pia (pia fica sempre alagada por conta disso) e regular a pressão de água no chuveiro. Fez muita falta um filtro de água na copinha. A smartv não sincroniza nos canais de TV por antena, sendo possível só assistir streamings, e mesmo assim a TV trava com muita frequência nos aplicativos.
